About this event

Opera requires vocalists both to sing and to act. However, the current music training in Hong Kong focuses primarily on the music only. The body expression workshops for young opera singer is to fill in the gap. Uplifting singer’s body awareness can enhance their expressiveness and stage presence, which are essential for live performances. Workshop will be taught by Kenneth Hui. *Content of Kenneth’s two Body Expression workshops are the same.

KENNETH HUI - CHOREOGRAPHER & DANCER

Ka Chun Hui, Kenneth completed his professional dance training at Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts with first class honors and started his professional career in Hong Kong Ballet (HK), Danish Dance Theater (DK) and Mainfranken Theater Würzburg (DE) from 2014 to 2020. He is now a freelance dancer, choreographer, director of screen dance and photographer in Hong Kong.
